Cabo Negro

Cabo Negro is situated on Morocco's Northern Mediterranean coast.  An area which is experiencing growth under King Mohammed VI Vision 2010 and Plan Azur.  This particular coast is often used as a retreat for the Moroccan Royal Family and it is rapidly becoming a sought after area for both tourism and property, offering visitors all that they would expect to find in Europe.

There is a general buzz in the atmosphere of Morocco, locals are keen to assist the King with his vision and see and help the changes along the coast take place.

Once covered by the Mediterranean forest, parts of the forest still remain, leaving Cabo Negro with lush, green countryside.  The streets are quiet, and some of the most amazing beaches can be found along the Costa Vista coastline with soft powdery sand and crystalline waters.  The area also offers a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Morocco offers an 'Open Skies' policy and enjoys regular flights to and from Europe.  Budget airlines such as Easyjet have recently increased their daily scheduled flights into the country, with flight times from the UK under 3 hours. 

There are also excellent ferry and hydrofoil links between southern Spain and Tangier, and the enclaves fo the Ceuta and Lelilla on the north Moroccan coast.

With the governments encouragement, overseas investors can expect to invest in Morocco while prices are still affordable, with high capital growth and high rental returns  expected.
